Its a long way from loose fleece to final product
Caution: hayfork crossing
From the field, through the washing, in huge bales. This is how we get our raw materials for processing the fibers into a thin and fluffy fleece. The hayfork is in daily use.

Quilting Machines
There are so many details to be taken into account when handling our huge machinery. We do rely on our team, with plenty of experience in how to set up and maintain the sensitive giants. It is basically a sewing machine, but the potential maneuvered around is far bigger. Amazing that, quality wise, it is still as precise and nimble like holding a needle in (the right) hands.

Quilting patterns
Every seam makes a difference, can stiffen the product and impacts the comfort. Besides a high quality fabric, the right filling material, it is of utmost importance to chosse the most suitable solution for the quilting patterns.

Mattress Production
Mattress production is real manual work. The individual layers of natural rubber and coconut rubber are placed on top of each other and covered with a fleece made of cotton or pure new wool. Then we sew the elements together loosely by hand. A cover made of drill or drill quilt brings the mattress into shape.
Conscientious manual work and control ensure the high quality and long service life of our products. All items are checked for possible errors in our incoming inspection and only flawless products are used in our production.
Fancy touch - organic
Our fabrics are certified under the most serious organic and fair trade labels, with very serious monitoring of potential harmful substances.
Nevertheless, it is very important that the fabric, the cover that holds the product together, fulfills high quality benchmarks. The filling shoud stay inside and in the end, its the touch that matters.
